EzyAzz operates in the UK and Australia. We store some or all of your personal data in countries outside of the UK. These are known as “third countries”. Personal data security is essential to us, and to protect personal data, we take the following measures:

  • procedures for dealing with data breaches (the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, your personal data) including notifying you and/or the Information Commissioner’s Office where we are legally required to do so.

Whilst we do take all reasonable measures, in accordance with industry standards, to protect your Personal data, we cannot guarantee that there will not be any unauthorised access of your Personal data.

External entities or factors such as hacking, data loss, data breaches, viruses, trojan horse and other similar technologies may be used by third-parties to breach the security measures we have in place. In such situations we shall not be liable to compensate you or indemnify you against any loss sustained.

8. Do You Share My Personal Data?

We may disclose your personal data to third parties if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation.

We also share anonymised information about your use of our Site with our analytics partner who may combine it with other information that you have provided to them or that they have collected from your use of other third-party services.

Upon transfer, we shall cease to be responsible for your Personal data and you shall not be entitled to bring any action against us after the date of such transfer.

9. How Can I Access My Personal Data?

If you want to know what personal data we have about you, you can ask us for details of that personal data and for a copy of it (provided any such personal data is held or retained by us). This is known as a “subject access request”.

There is not normally any charge for a subject access request. If your request is ‘manifestly unfounded or excessive’ (for example, if you make repetitive requests) a fee may be charged to cover our administrative costs in responding. The applicable administrative cost will be duly informed to you prior to it being charged.

We will endeavour to respond to your subject access request within one month from the date of receiving it. Normally, we aim to provide a complete response, including a copy of your personal data within the aforesaid time. In some cases, however, particularly if your request is more complex, more time may be required by us. This may be up to a maximum of three months from the date we receive your request. You will be kept fully informed of our progress.
